Good afternoon my name is Jesse Hendricks and I am a recent graduate of Sacramento City college. As a customer service-oriented individual I provided unique ability to connect with clientele and assist them in personally what their troubleshooting needs. For over a year I provided at standing customer service for the IT service department of San Francisco state university. I possess the necessary skills to cancer and respond to various IT support necessities. I have experience in diagnosing problems in both hardware and software. My experience also includes several years of troubleshooting that is commonly found in an office environment. I can travel as needed as well as a competition for their tasks as required.
In conclusion, I am an excellent choice for this position given my extensive experience in the field. I bring proficiency and versatility to this position. Might ability to quickly understand and connects what the customer along with the ability to finish tasks in a timely manner, would prove valuable for this position.
